HOURS: This position is Sunday through Wednesday evenings, additional hours may be available as needed based on availability. This position does require rotating on-call responsibilities, approximately 1 week per month.

SALARY: Dependent on experience and qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide supervision and support for youth in shelter care and reception center. A qualified applicant will provide direct client care, maintain/model appropriate boundaries, and teach applicable coping and problem-solving skills. Complete reports and documentation as necessary. Prepare accurate and timely documentation and reports as necessary. Supervise Direct Care staff. Assess client’s needs, and assist them with appropriate services, support, decisions, and plans. Coordinate appropriate resources and community referrals. Provide follow-up counseling as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in a behavioral or social science field preferred; or two years of postsecondary education (completion of minimum of 60 semester credits) and one year of experience working with children; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must successfully complete all agency background checks. Requires valid driver’s license and ability to obtain approved driver status.
