Job Description
Will work with owner/operator on a daily basis. Responsible for operations of restaurant.
Must have ability to possitively interact with employees and customers
Ability to take direction and work as a team in a high volume Sub Shop
Must utilize problem solving skills
Must be self motivated.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Must be able to operate deli meat slicer
Working manager, will supervise in house staff and delivery staff. Responsible for labor budget and food cost.
Scheduled for approximtely 50 hours per week.

No Grease, No fryers No Grills
Restaurant hours of operation Monday through Saturday 8 am (Open at 9am) Close at 9pm (generally leave at about 9:15 pm Sunday closing time 8pm
