Executive Chef Responsibilities
- Menu planning development
- Staff training and coaching
- Controlling kitchen operations including food cost, labor costs and cleanliness and quality standards
- Scheduling and staffing of Back of House Staff
- Processing food orders
- Ability to create creative featured menu items on rotation
