We are looking for a creative, highly motivated and attention to detail leader for Executive Chef position in our family-owned upscale restaurant. This is your time to showcase your excellence in one of Sioux Falls’ finest dining experiences!

Executive Chef Responsibilities

  • Menu planning development
  • Staff training and coaching
  • Controlling kitchen operations including food cost, labor costs and cleanliness and quality standards
  • Scheduling and staffing of Back of House Staff
  • Processing food orders
  • Ability to create creative featured menu items on rotation
Job Requirements
Experience
- Kitchen Management experience of 2+ years required
- Culinary handling experience
- Serve Safe Certification is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of kitchen cleanliness and operations
