AVPro Edge specializes in the manufacturing of full bandwidth audio-video distributions offering reliable cutting-edge products to our customers. Our team is growing, so we are offering a new opportunity for a Sales Administrative Assistant.

As a Sales Administrative Assistant, you will provide vital support to the sales team by handling various administrative tasks and ensuring efficient AV Pro sales operations. You will be responsible for organizing and managing sales-related information, assisting in the preparation of sales documents, and maintaining effective communication between the sales team and other departments.

Here's what you’ll get to do:

  • New account set up confirms proper contact and document information with RSM or directly with customer.
  • Monitors incoming emails/orders in common mailboxes.
  • Acknowledge customer emails/POs/RFQs.
  • Tracks and log orders/requests received.
  • Assist with managing new solution rollouts, including multiple price list management, pre-press and post-press activities as requested and/or required.
  • Billing and Invoicing:
    • Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Verify billing information and ensure compliance with company policies and customer agreements.
    • Collaborate with the billing team to rectify any billing errors or discrepancies.
  • Receive and process customer payments as necessary may include contacting customers proper department as requested or required via phone call or emailing credit card authorization form.
  • Notate customer's account on who and date card use was authorized and how credit card can be used.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share relevant information and ensure a streamlined receivables process.

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ERP system NetSuite a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and terminology is advantageous.

Hours/Pay:

  • Full-time 40 hours, business hours Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm.
  • Market competitive hourly pay depending on experience
