Offering permanent solutions in wall stabilization, foundation settlement, radon mitigation, waterproofing, and concrete repair. We’re expanding our sales team and looking for passionate and dependable individuals who are ready to take their careers to the next level.
Step into the role of a trusted advisor to homeowners. With pre-scheduled appointments (no cold calling), you’ll assess the concerns and design lifelong solutions to restore safety, value, and peace of mind.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for passionately driven individuals who are eager to excel and ready to grow with us.
- Experience in residential real estate, home inspection, or home improvement is a plus, but not required!
- A construction background (bonus points!)
- Comfortable entering crawlspaces beneath homes
- Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills
- Physical ability to walk, climb, kneel, and crawl
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Tech-savviness (we’ll train you on the tools you need!)
