We are searching for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Paradigm Lumber in Sioux Falls, SD. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives in both Sioux Falls and Blackhawk (Rapid City), SD to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management. A deep understanding of the lumber industry would be beneficial. A natural leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building strong relationships with customers and driving sales performance.
As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring sales representatives, monitoring their performance, and providing feedback to help them improve.
