What You’ll Be Doing
Leading & Inspiring the Team
- Ensure your team embraces and lives out Blackburn's mission to redefine the customer's contractor experience.
- Lead engaging team meetings and individual coaching sessions each week.
- Support and develop your team—performance reviews, growth plans, and career development are key parts of your role.
- Foster a positive, goal-driven sales culture where everyone can succeed.
Driving Sales Success
- Achieve and exceed sales goals—both for the company and individual sales reps.
- Keep your team motivated, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed.
Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences
- Step in when customer issues arise, ensuring we resolve them quickly and effectively.
- Make sure every customer has a remarkable experience with our team.
What You Bring to the Team
- A solid understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service principles.
- Experience in the construction industry? That’s a bonus!
- Strong communication skills—you’re great at motivating and coaching others.
- The ability to work with computers and sales software with ease.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and/or sales management (or a mix of education and experience that proves you can excel in this role).
- A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
