About the Role:
As an Outside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business-to-business sales and building strong relationships with commercial customers in the Sioux Falls area. You will work closely with our commercial clients to understand their needs and recommend the best products and solutions to help them succeed. Your primary focus will be on prospecting and acquiring new business, as well as growing and nurturing existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire new commercial accounts through cold calling, networking, and other sales tactics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing commercial customers through regular communication and follow-up
- Present and demonstrate products and solutions to clients, highlighting their value and benefits
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of orders and delivery of products
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Knowledge of the hardware industry is a plus
