The Lourdes Center in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a highly organized administrative professional with the gift of hospitality to serve in the full-time role of Scheduling Coordinator.
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating all client appointment scheduling in a mental health clinic setting. You will also assist in the coordination of meetings and programming events. .
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. You must be warm and welcoming and able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in an administrative support position is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all scheduling activities for The Lourdes Center
- Assist with clinic programming and set up
- Ensure that all appointments and events are scheduled accurately and on time
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide administrative support as needed
