Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln is growing! We're looking for full-time, highly motivated, results-oriented individuals to join our Business Development Center team. As a Service BDC Representative, you'll play a key role in the automotive service processes.
BDC Representatives are responsible for handling and answering all incoming Internet leads/inquiries via phone, email and text. This person must be a great communicator, have a positive attitude and quickly build a rapport with prospective and existing customers. You should have a positive, well-spoken and driven personality.
Who would I interact with?
This position interacts daily with Sales Managers, Sales Professionals, Service Managers, the Business Development Manager, dealership support staff and Customers, just to name a few.
Schedule: 40-hour work week, Monday – Friday with alternating Saturdays. Closed Sundays.
Responsibilities:
· Answer all incoming sales/service calls and internet inquiries.
· Use multiple software platforms to communicate with clients
· Follow up daily with prospective and current client base
· Set and confirm sales/service appointments
· Communicate effectively with customers and strive to generate repeat business
· Provides timely and accurate reports
· Promotes the dealership, its values and its products/services
· Excels in a fast-paced atmosphere
Qualifications:
· Great customer service skills and motivation to successful
· Previous call center, BDC or customer service experience a plus
· Strong computer and phone skills
· Appointment setting experience a plus
· Able to multitask and be a team player
· Bilingual is a plus
· High School graduate
