What You’ll Be Doing
Leading & Supporting Your Team
- Your team is built of Service Technicians who proactively service the systems annually, troubleshoot any concerns, and maintain relationships with the homeowners.
- Ensure your team lives out Blackburn's mission of redefining the customer's contractor experience.
- Lead engaging team meetings and individual coaching sessions each week.
- Help your team grow—offer performance feedback, training, career development opportunities, mentorship.
Driving Service Sales Success
- Set and achieve service sales goals, helping both the company and individual Service Technicians reach new heights.
- Keep your team motivated and equipped to deliver outstanding service.
Creating Amazing Customer Experiences
- Step in when customer concerns need extra attention—your goal is always to find the best resolution.
- Ensure every customer has a remarkable experience with our service team.
What You Bring to the Table
- A strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service best practices.
- Experience in the construction industry? That’s a plus!
- Strong communication skills—you’re great at coaching, leading, and inspiring others.
- Comfort with computers and service/sales software.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and/or service management (or a mix of education and experience that proves you’re the right fit).
- A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Physical ability to lift up to 30lbs, work on knees for extended periods of time
