We are looking to add a Service Scheduler to our team in our Customer Support Department! Our ideal team member will share our core values, have great communication skills, have a knack for planning, and have a hunger to continue to develop and grow.
Here is what you will do:
- Communicate with customers to list, prioritize, and plan for upcoming service work.
- Review the work that is being scheduled and identify any special parts, tools, or instructions that will be needed to complete the work.
- Schedule service routes to complete the needed work with the available team members and mill wrights each week.
- Assist service team members with route logistics, tracking down parts/equipment, and working through issues that arise.
- Accurately record and update customer information in our CRM to ensure we have the most up to date information.
- Work with the machine shop to schedule the service rolls that will be needed for upcoming routes.
- Set up parcel, LTL, and flatbed shipping for service parts and equipment.
- Trouble shoot customer machine and operational issues as needed.

- An individual that has a high attention to detail to ensure customer information is being accurately captured, service routes are efficiently scheduled, and that service work orders have all needed information.
- An outgoing individual that is not afraid to call customers and can navigate through difficult conversations when needed.
- An individual willing to ask questions to further their learning and questions out of standard conditions.
- An individual that is personable and easy to communicate with.
- An individual that has good documentation skills for critical information & QA standards.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not needed.
