POSITION SUMMARY
The Service Technical Trainer will implement in-person and online training modules to teach end users how to correctly diagnose, repair, and maintain Rosenbauer products. They will develop on-site factory mechanics trainings and support the Training and Technical Publications Director by gathering and analyzing training feedback/data to help with continuous improvement efforts. Also, the Service Technical Trainer will travel to various Rosenbauer campuses and dealer locations to conduct in-person trainings.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The scope and duties of a given position may change or be temporarily altered based on the business needs of Rosenbauer.
- Implements in-person and online training modules to teach end users how to correctly diagnose, repair, and maintain Rosenbauer products.
- Develops on-site factory mechanics trainings and supports the Training Director by gathering and analyzing training feedback/data to help with continuous improvement efforts.
- Travels to various Rosenbauer campuses and dealer locations to conduct in-person trainings.
- Ensures that the training topics are current and meets all industry standards.
- Ensures that EVT testing is available following in person training seminars.
- Participates in periodic company and/or customer meetings relevant to position.
- Develops Rosenbauer training materials such as recording and editing video and power point presentations.
- Manages curriculum content, quality, and relevance to products to ensure the highest quality of instruction.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet the needs of the organization and our members.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSA’s): The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
K | Knowledge, Education, and/or Experience: - Associate degree in business administration, sales and marketing, or a similar field preferred.
- Ability to obtain a CDL license with a tanker endorsement required.
- 3+ years of training experience required.
- 5+ years of training experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Rosenbauer products preferred.
- Previous technical training experience preferred.
