Job Overview:
Our social media / sales specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales for both our Bridal store as well as our Prom store. As well as social media, you will learn in most departments of our store to help out when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining/Creating content for all social media platforms for both Bridal Gallery and Bridal Gallery Prom. (Facebook, Instagram & TikTok, YouTube)
- Creating advertisement for printing needs
- Maintaining inventory on our store websites
- Learning most departments in both of our stores to be a float in areas that are needed. (To include but not limited to; Front Desk, Mother's, Flower Girls, Bridesmaids, Tuxes and Prom)
- Creating a social media calendar for monthly posts.
Requirements:
- Must be local and able to work in store.
- Customer Service 1+ year
- Marketing/Graphic Designer 1+ year
- Experience with Adobe and/or Photoshop (preferred)
- Experience running social media ads to coordinate with store goals.
- A strong team player who can deliver on the needs for our brand.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
** Saturdays are required
