Job Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs in a supportive and inclusive environment.
• Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique strengths and challenges.
• Collaborate with a team of educators, parents, and support staff to ensure the academic and social success of every student.
• Implement research-based strategies and interventions to help students achieve their educational goals.
• Create a positive and nurturing classroom community where all students feel valued and accepted.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
• State certification in Special Education.
• Experience working with middle school students with disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in education.
