Sr Director of Operations
COMPANY PROFILE

WHAT THE COMPANY WILL OFFER YOU:
- $125,000 - $150,000

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Responsible for all operations for property management: leasing, maintenance, finances, and customer service.
- Oversee a team made up of managers and staff to ensure high performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs, make recommendations.
- Work with other departments to achieve company goals.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or Related Field.
• 3+ Years of Management Experience.
• Property Management Experience – a plus.
• Excellent Communication Skills
