Consider joining the City of Sioux Falls Engineering Department as a Staff Engineer working in either the area of Civil Traffic/Transportation or Civil Water/Wastewater, helping shape the future of South Dakota’s largest community. You’ll be part of a talented and committed team and play a crucial role in both developing and implementing various programs in areas including transportation planning, traffic, water, and wastewater.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or transportation engineering; or any such combination of education, experience, and training as may be acceptable to the hiring authority.
The successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering exam is desirable for the C42 level position.
A licensed professional engineer with the state of South Dakota is required for the C42C level position.
Must possess or be able to obtain prior to hire a valid driver’s license.
