Underground Utilities Superintendent

We are looking to expand our underground pipe division and need to add a superintendent.

Job skillsets include but are not limited to the following:

• 3+ years experience as an operator for commercial construction projects which include underground utilities (sewer, water, sanitary) excavation, grading, demolition, and site development.
• 3+ years of operating heavy equipment (excavator, loader, skid loader)
• Comprehension of construction processes, including different levels of job management from estimating, project start up, progress and job costing, invoicing, and job closeout.
• Ability to read site plans.
• Works well in a team environment and possesses excellent communication skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, fast learner, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with the sub-contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project on time and budget.
• Team leadership efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the estimation team, management team, sub-contractors, and laborers.

• Keep a positive attitude & set an example as a leader that all crew members enjoy working with
