Responsibilities:

  • Manage all field operations and production on a daily basis
  • Oversee field operations of several crews and foremen to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and within budget
  • Responsible for training employees in each position
  • Responsible for field work/managing crews if a foreman is absent
  • Conduct daily project/calendar review with crews
  • Run Monday morning production/toolbox meetings
  • Order materials for jobs and ensure they all follow company protocols and procedures
  • This position is important in overall company growth. Individual must be growth-oriented and organized.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be insured by the company
  • Must be able to travel (25%-50%)

Education & Experience:

  • General construction and supervisory experience. (Required)
  • Construction Management degree or enrollment preferred but NOT required.

Job Type:

  • Full-time; Monday - Friday (8-10 hour shifts)
  • Salary: $75,000.00 per year plus bonus pay
