Responsibilities:
- Manage all field operations and production on a daily basis
- Oversee field operations of several crews and foremen to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and within budget
- Responsible for training employees in each position
- Responsible for field work/managing crews if a foreman is absent
- Conduct daily project/calendar review with crews
- Run Monday morning production/toolbox meetings
- Order materials for jobs and ensure they all follow company protocols and procedures
- This position is important in overall company growth. Individual must be growth-oriented and organized.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be insured by the company
- Must be able to travel (25%-50%)
Education & Experience:
- General construction and supervisory experience. (Required)
- Construction Management degree or enrollment preferred but NOT required.
Job Type:
- Full-time; Monday - Friday (8-10 hour shifts)
- Salary: $75,000.00 per year plus bonus pay
