Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Surgical Support Technician. In this role, you will provide crucial assistance to nursing staff and surgical technologists while also performing various administrative functions to ensure smooth operations within the department. This role assists the OR team members with room turnovers, monitors and reports temperatures and humidity in the OR rooms, and collaborates with other team members to complete the daily schedule. Administrative responsibilities include monitoring and restocking inventory, using software and computers provided, identifying opportunities for quality improvement, participating in meetings and committees and maintaining certifications. Successful Surgical Support Technicians perform effectively in emergencies, apply their knowledge of infection control policies and procedures, and excel in their communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Shifts are MONDAY - FRIDAY, 8:30AM-5:00PM. NO WEEKENDS. NO HOLIDAYS.
This position is located at 910 E 20th Street, Sioux Falls, SD.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- BLS certification is required; can be obtained upon hire.
