TOWER CREW FOREMAN
This is a remote position at project locations.
The crew will be based in the Tower Systems office in Winter Park, Florida.
The candidate’s residence in Winter Park is not necessary.
Full-Time
Five to six-week rotations.

Salary: $30 - $35 per hour

Work Schedule:
40-60 hours per week, typically with Sundays off.
Overtime and weekend work may vary based on project parameters and weather.
Job Summary:
Tower Systems is seeking an experienced Tower Foreman with strong leadership skills and a solid background in the tower construction field. This candidate will coordinate operations with Construction Managers, Project Coordinators, and Subcontractors and oversee field technicians at construction sites. The successful applicant will be responsible for performing all aspects of tower construction. Installation of all tower types, tower mods, microwave, antennas and lines, lighting systems, tower maintenance, inspections, testing, closeout, and safety documents. The ideal Tower Foreman will safely lead a team toward project completion with integrity, respect, and excellent communication.
Qualifications:
Able to work independently under limited supervision while leading 4-5 team members.
Must be of good moral character, dependable, and honest.
Understands and adheres to industry standards and best practices.
Proficiency with computers, office suites, data management systems, and cameras.
Understand construction drawings, assembly drawings, RF data sheets, etc.
Knowledge of general industry, including rigging, knot tying, and signaling.
Must exhibit good physical stamina to climb towers with the ability to lift, pull, and push 80 lbs.
Must be able to crouch, kneel, twist, and climb with both hands.
Forklift, boom truck, crane, gin pole, and winch experience are a plus.
Willingness to travel extensively from the home market, nationally and internationally. (Passport recommended.)
Work hours average between 40 to 60 hours per week in all types of weather.
Trade certifications.
Clean driving record.
