We’re growing fast and need a rockstar Territory Sales Representative to own an assigned territory in South Dakota, North Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, and Saskatchewan Canada, build strong customer relationships, and crush sales goals along the way. You’ll take charge of this specific territory while driving growth and spotting new opportunities – without the responsibility of managing a team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive Sales Like a Boss: Grow revenue by nurturing current customers and prospecting new ones.

• Be the Go-To Expert: Help customers understand our products (like roller mills and hammer mills) and how we can make their businesses better.

• Think Big, Win Bigger: Spot opportunities, solve problems, and make things happen!

What You’ll Need to Rock This Role:

Must-Haves:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
• Stellar communication and people skills
• A "get-it-done" mindset with motivation to win
• Ability to travel 50% (day trips + some overnights)

The Perks You’ll Get:

Amazing Pay:

• Base salary $80,000 - $95,000 (depending on experience) + Individual Performance Bonuses!

Time Off That Counts:

• 3 weeks PTO right off the bat (prorated your first year)!
• Up to 5 weeks PTO after 5 years!
