Job Responsibilities

As a Title Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and compliant processing of vehicle titles and paperwork. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and processing title documents for vehicle sales.
  • Reviewing documents for accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborating with the sales, finance, and service departments to maintain smooth operations.
  • Ensuring timely filing and submission of necessary paperwork to the appropriate agencies.
  • Providing exceptional support to internal teams and customers as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in title work, automotive industry, or related fields is strongly preferred.
