Job Description
NuAge Builders is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to join our quickly growing and expanding company. NuAge Builders is a general contractor specializing in commercial, industrial, and agricultural projects throughout the upper Midwest.
Job Summary/Responsibilities
The ideal candidate for the Traveling Superintendent position would possess strong team-work skills, ability to communicate well between subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and architects. This position involves managing all phases of construction with responsibilities including but not limited to:
·Maintain a safe work site for all job site personnel.
·Maintain and track a construction schedule and make changes as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
·Coordinate all construction services and activities, including required inspections with local jurisdictions and design teams.
·Schedule and monitor all trades to ensure project completion in a timely manner.
·Planning and acquisition of materials and equipment.
·Maintain daily logs of job site activity.
·Assign and monitor punch list.
·Conflict resolution on job site if necessary.
·Keep job site clean and organized at all times.
Job Requirements

·Self-motivated and detail oriented
·Ability to read project plans and specifications
·Ability to travel
·Ability to perform labor activities as needed
·Bachelors or Associate degree in Construction Management or related field experience
·Or the equivalent of education and experience to meet the essential functions of the position
·Must possess an eye for quality and have a passion for focus on safety
